We offer a casual and laid back environment for both you and your family. We are located at Inanda Stables in the beautiful and Private Community of Shoal Creek.  I provide training in many disciplines and welcome a variety of breeds.  We are certain you will enjoy your time and your ride, bring your smiles and your boots.

About Kenan:

I have recently moved to Birmingham from Atlanta where I was the head trainer and instructor for the Buckhead Barn for 3 years. Buckhead Barn and Polo Club is the place many Atlanta equestrians got their start. I am an avid rider and an Atlanta native who first got on a horse at age 2 and have not wanted to get off since. I grew up  riding at a small private farm on Nancy Creek in the 70's & 80's. I went to a small Liberal Arts Girls School in Charlotte North Carolina, Queens College,  where I was able to ride for my PE credits. I missed constantly being around horses so I began working at a Quarter Horse Ranch in Huntersville, North Carolina.  My experience there taught me about advanced equine care, breeding and managing a farm. I started my show career at age seven and have shown on and off for the past 30 years. I have owned and showed many Champions some of which allowed me to compete in large national shows and international competitions. I have ridden many disciplines and many types of horses. I am married and live in Mountain Brook with my 3 year old and a house full of tornado rescue dogs.
